SERVICE LIST	DESCRIPTION
Full Skin Check	This service performed by a fully trained Melanographer includes: -A head-to-toe body check with a high definition Skin Screening MoleMax Camera. -Scanning of moles (Pictures of abnormal moles will be stored in the computer for future review). -All visits for review of images within 12 months of the date of the initial imaging are additional charges. For the majority of people, the time allowed for a whole body screening is adequate, however, there will be a number of people for whom the screening process will take longer (those who have Dysplastic Nevus Syndrome in particular). It may be necessary to make another appointment to complete the screening. The fee will be calculated per hour or part thereof after the initial hour of screening.
Whole Body Screening for Annual Subscription	This service includes: -Comparison images of all lesions previously stored to assess any growth or change within a mole. -Comparison of macro images to assess if any new growing moles. -Whole body screening and storage of any moles that appear abnormal for future review. -Visits for quarterly reviews of Dermoscopy images within 12 months of initial annual screening session
Whole Body Screening for 6 month Subscription	This service includes: -Comparison images of all lesions previously stored to assess any growth or change within a mole. -Comparison of macro images to assess if any new growing moles. -Whole body screening and storage of any moles that appear abnormal for future review. -Visits for quarterly reviews of Dermoscopy images within 6 months of initial annual screening session.
